No Refund-Except Damage/Lost/Exchange
Every product item is custom made, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on our items unless they have been lost in the mail or damaged in shipping. If that’s the case, please message us and we’ll help you out right away. Exchanges are not accepted.
Cancellation Refund
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we’ll go ahead and process a full refund for you at no charge.
Payment Policy
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) when ordering online. We start processing your order as soon as payment has cleared and details of orders are finalized.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after being paid for. Custom orders may take longer depending on volume request. Lead time for large orders is minimum of 2-3 weeks. All Items shipped in the US are shipped with UPS or USPS.
**Guaranteed dates are for shipping date only, NOT a guarantee of delivery. Once item is accepted into USPS/UPS system we are no longer liable for date of delivery.
International shipping is not available.
